Somerset Council has a quick and simple online reporting service available 24/7 for communities, residents and businesses to use if they see any road problems or defects, to help improve the condition of Somerset’s highways. Once a problem has been reported you can also track its progress and repair.

This online system is fully accessible and compatible with smartphones, tablets or computer and can be used to report issues such as potholes or road damage, blocked drains, graffiti and road obstructions to name but a few.
