Preference will be given to applicants who have a strong local connection to the parish of Porlock in the first instance of no less than 10 years residency. If unable to allocate, applicants who live or have previously lived in the Parish for 5 years will also be considered. Adjoining Parishes of Oare, Exmoor (including Simonsbath), Luccombe and Selworthy will also be considered.
