Whether you have been diagnosed or care for someone Healthwatch Somerset are carrying out a survey to help Somerset NHS understand the care and support required around ABI. Your experiences – good or bad – will help Healthwatch Somerset to put together a report to be shared with Somerset NHS with a view to improving facilities etc.
