You are herby summoned to attend the Council Planning Committee meeting at 6.30pm on 17^th July ‘24 in the Parish Room, the Old School Centre

1. To receive nominations and election of the Porlock Parish Council Planning Committee Chair
2. To receive apologies for absence – (LGA 1972 s85 (1))
3. To consider any declarations of interest and disclosable pecuniary interest dispensations Members to declare any interests they may have in agenda items and consideration of any prior requests from member for Dispensations (NB this does not preclude any later declarations) (LGA 1972 s12 para 41(1)
4. To consider items to be dealt with after the public, including press, have been excluded. (Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
5. To consider for approval and signing at the meeting the minutes form the Planning Committee meeting held on the 27^th June 2024

7. To consider Falcon Rural Housing’s request to re-secure the support of the Parish Council in respect of application 6/27/19/114 PORLOCK PICNIC SITE, HIGH BANK, PORLOCK, SOMERSET, TA24 8ND Proposed erection of 3 local needs social rented dwellings
8. 6/27/24/008LB – WORTHY BARN, PORLOCK WEIR, MINEHEAD, TA24 8PG Proposal: Listed building consent for the proposed internal alteration and refurbishment together with new external staircase & terrace, replace 1 no door to window, replace external railing and installation of electric car charging points.  Retrospective.
